Bienvenue

Bienvenue à la Sangha Wild Flower Zen, une communauté sans frontières de pratiquants Zen. Le monde est notre espace de méditation, la terre notre autel : pas de moines, pas de prêtres, pas de robes, pas de murs. Tout le monde est invité à participer ici et maintenant à nos méditations hebdomadaires, nos ateliers et nos retraites organisés tout au long de l’année.

Basée à Paris, avec des groupes affiliés au Portugal, la Sangha Wild Flower Zen a été fondée par l’enseignante Amy “Tu es cela” Hollowell et s’enracine dans les antiques enseignements du Bouddha. Elle se consacre donc activement à nous engager avec sagesse et compassion dans la totalité de la vie, qui fleurit à chaque instant.

Welcome to the Wild Flower Zen Sangha, a borderless community of Zen practitioners. The world is our meditation hall, the earth is the altar. We have no monks, no priests, no robes, no walls. Everyone is invited to join us here and now, in our weekly meditation practices and our workshops and retreats throughout the year.Based in Paris, where it was founded by the Zen teacher Amy “Tu es cela” Hollowell, and with affiliate groups in Portugal, Wild Flower Zen Sangha is rooted in the ancient teachings of the Buddha and is therefore dedicated to actively engaging in the whole of life, flourishing moment to moment, with wisdom and compassion.
