For years a photo of Giacometti is hanging next to the desk in the atelier where i teach. Not even becouse of his work. But I did see a video of him several times. And the simplicity of this man – teacher of so many – the compasion in his bodylanguage (and his words) have touched me even deeper than all of his works.
